This week we're highlighting successful local restaurants that started out as Food Trucks.  Reporter Stephanie Gerry takes us to Pinkerton's Barbecue to meet Owner Grant Pinkerton who has been featured as the only Pitmaster to make the Forbes 30 under 30 list!  Pinkerton's was also named as one of the Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas by Texas Monthly magazine and it all started with a portable trailer.
