Not Your Regular Popsicle

HOUSTON – Steel City Pops is the new popsicle place that folks are buzzing about.  They make small batches of the frozen treats with flavors like Blueberry Basil, Horchata, Vanilla Chocolate Chip, and Cappuccino.
