A new report gives a breakdown of health statistics of nearly every county in the United States.
It's part of a nine-year collaboration between the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The goal of the project is to give communities a window into their health and provide opportunities for improvement.
