Hot Beef Fajita Queso Dip

Cooking Time: 10 to 15 minutes

Serves 4-6


½ pkg H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajitas, thawed and medium diced

1 jar Cookwell & Co. Queso Con Salsa Escabeche or Cookwell & Co.  Queso Blanco Con Chili Verde

1 Tablespoon Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub

½ container of Fresh Pico De Gallo

¼ cup of Queso Fresco, crumbled


NOTE: Additional Garnish:  Thinly sliced Red Onion; Cilantro; Sliced Avocados


  1. In a preheated pan on medium high heat, sauté beef two to three minutes or until browned. 

  2. Lower heat and add queso. Sprinkle rub and mix. 

  3. Fold in pico. 

  4. Simmer till hot. Pour into a bowl. 

  5. Top with cheese and serve with corn or flour tortilla wedges, pita wedge or your favorite chips.
