Hot Beef Fajita Queso Dip

Cooking Time: 10 to 15 minutes

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

½ pkg H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajitas, thawed and medium diced

1 jar Cookwell & Co. Queso Con Salsa Escabeche or Cookwell & Co.  Queso Blanco Con Chili Verde

1 Tablespoon Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub

½ container of Fresh Pico De Gallo

¼ cup of Queso Fresco, crumbled

 

NOTE: Additional Garnish:  Thinly sliced Red Onion; Cilantro; Sliced Avocados

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a preheated pan on medium high heat, sauté beef two to three minutes or until browned. 

  • Lower heat and add queso. Sprinkle rub and mix. 

  • Fold in pico. 

  • Simmer till hot. Pour into a bowl. 

  • Top with cheese and serve with corn or flour tortilla wedges, pita wedge or your favorite chips.
