HOUSTON – Ritual's Beverage Director, Peter Clifton, first got behind the bar in 1999 and began a lifetime pilgrimage to find the world's greatest spirits, beers, and wines.
Spending time behind the bar at some of Houston's best restaurants and bars such as Masraff's, Radio Milano, and The Noble Experiment, Peter finally found his home at Delicious Concepts in 2016.
