Houston Chefs of the Month for April: Ken Bridge & Felix Florez


HOUSTON – Ken Bridge, owner of Delicious Concepts, and Felix Florez, owner of Black Hill Meats, have teamed up to create Ritual, a restaurant designed to be a model of sustainability for the future. 

Ritual is bound by its Texas roots and boundary breaking in its presentation of New Gulf Coast Cuisine. 

Its extensive list of Butcher Cuts & Dry Aged Beef, pioneered by Florez, boasts the best quality of meat featured in the most sustainable program in Houston. 

A delicately curated beer and wine list compliments the local flavors emphasized on the menu.
