Soppin' Pork Ribeyes

Ingredients:
4-6 pork ribeyes
1 tablespoon Adams Reserve Steak Au Poive  
¾ cup Texas on the Plate Soppin' Suace      
2 tablespoon Ottavio Olive Oil

Directions:
1.    Season both sides of pork ribeyes with Steak Au Poive  
2.    Pour oil into large grill pan. Heat on high 3 minutes.
3.    Grill steaks 3 to 4 minutes per side.
4.    Remove when internal temperature in center of steaks reaches 155 degrees.
5.    Pour Soppin' Sauce over steak.  Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
