Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Blueberry Confit

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Roasting time: 30-35 minutes
Serves 6-8

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total)
2 tablespoons HEB Herb Infused Basting Oil
4 tablespoons Adams Reserve Rib Roast and Steak  Seasoning
4 tablespoons Texas Brew Blueberry Confit (of choice)   
 
Directions:
1.    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brush pork with basting oil.
2.    Season pork with Adams Reserve.
3.    Transfer to foil lined sheet pan and place in oven. Cook pork for 30- 35 minutes (internal temperature should be 155 degrees).
4.    Remove from oven and  let rest for 10 minutes.
5.    Serve with Blueberry Confit.
