Bacon Jam Kobe Burgers

Ingredients:
2        kobe beef burgers
¼      cup of Better Than Good Bacon Jam, Original or Jalapeno
2        tsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
4        tbsp Kewpie Mayonaise
2        tbsp Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
1        package hamburger buns or bakery onion rolls
Aioli Sauce:  Stir 4 tsp of Bacon Jam and Kewpie Mayonnaise together. Set aside.

Directions:
 1.    Grill patties or sear in skillet on medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. (145 degrees internal temperature)
 2.    Spread Bacon Jam Aioli Sauce on top and bottom of bun.
 3.    When burgers are ready add 1 tsp warmed Bacon Jam on top of each burger. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Other Serving Suggestions:
Use Portabella Mushrooms instead of a bun for a healthier alternative.
