2. Hai Cang Harbor Seafood Restaurant
Next up is Alief's Hai Cang Harbor Seafood Restaurant, situated at 11768 Bellaire Blvd. With four stars out of 274 reviews on Yelp, the Chinese and Vietnamese spot, offering seafood and more, has proved to be a local favorite.
3. Tapioca House
Sharpstown's Tapioca House, located at 9104 Bellaire Blvd., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Taiwanese spot, which offers bubble tea and juices and smoothies, four stars out of 324 reviews.
