New Kids on the Block to make tour stop in Houston

Boyz II Men, Paula Abdul join Total Package tour

HOUSTON – *Cue music.* "You've got the right stuff, Houston." If you grew up in the 90s, you know exactly what this means. New Kids on the Block is back on tour with a stop in H-town.

The Total Package tour will not only include NKOTB. The tour will be bringing back some classic  '90s artists with Boyz II Men and Paula Abdul.

"Our fans know we love to bring them a party, and this tour is no exception," NKOTB member Donnie Wahlberg said. "It's not just a show, it's an experience. Paula Abdul is such a pop icon and Boyz II Men are one of the best R&B acts of all time. It's going to be a night of hit after hit, and we can't wait to deliver the 'Total Package' to our fans!"

This will be Abdul's highly anticipated return to the stage and first tour in 25 years.

NKOTB is known for songs like "The Right Stuff," "Hangin' Tough," and "Step by Step." The boy band had its success in the late 1980s and early '90s, selling more than 20 million records worldwide.

Boyz II Men's past hits include "End of the Road," "I'll Make Love to You," and "Motownphilly."

Abdul has sold more than 60 million records as a multi-platinum recording artist. She has been a judge on "American Idol," X-Factor, and most recently, "So You Think You Can Dance."

The Total Package tour stop in Houston will be Saturday, May 20 at the Toyota Center. Tickets go on sale Nov. 19. Click here for more ticket information.
