The investigation found three out of 10 samples contained bacteria found in feces.

The head of policy at The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in London says the level of bacteria at Starbucks was "concerning."

"These should not be present at any level, never mind the significant numbers found," said Tony Lewis.

Bacteria was also found in the drinks of two other UK chains.
