Where to have your taxes prepared for free

HOUSTON – It is tax season. If you are procrastinating or stressing out about completing the forms and filing the paperwork, let someone else do the work for you. But if you make $58,000 a year or less, don't pay for tax preparation services. Neighborhood Tax Center volunteers will do your taxes for you free of charge. They have been providing the service for the last decade to make sure that Houstonians who work hard for their money can keep more of it. There is no appointment required. Just show up at one of these locations until April 17.
