HOUSTON – The organization Spaulding for Children will celebrate on Tuesday its 40th anniversary.
The group helps transform the lives of children in foster care through adoption.

KPRC 2’s Dominique Sachse and Frank Billingsley will serve as the hosts of celebratory “40 Years of Families Luncheon” at the Houston Country Club.
The cause is one that is close to Billingsley. He was adopted and recently wrote a book about his experience.
