Simple Seafood Cioppino

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4-6

1-2 lbs. seafood of choice; shrimp, tilapia, salmon, crab, etc.  

1 jar Orti Di Calabria Marinara, Tomato Basil, or Arrabiatta

1 small onion and bell pepper, diced

½ cup red wine; Piccini Chianti or any wine of choice, optional

1 cup Central Market Organic Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth

1  can of chopped tomatoes, optional

1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil  

1 tablespoon Adam's Reserve House Rub OR Classic Italian Bread Dipper

  1. Heat large pot to medium-high. Add olive oil and sauté onion and pepper.
  2. Add pasta sauce, chicken broth, wine and Adam's seasoning. Add tomatoes, if desired.
  3. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add seafood and allow to simmer an additional 5-7 minutes.
