Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
2 salmon pinwheels, of choice, fresh in the seafood department
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
1 jar Robert's Reserve Lemon Dill Caper Sauce, use as desired
- Heat skillet over medium high heat. Sear pinwheels for 1 minutes then reduce heat to medium. Allow pinwheels to cook 4 additional minutes.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Flip pinwheels and allow the other side to sear for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of at least 135 degrees.
- Top cooked salmon pinwheels with Lemon Dill Caper Sauce.
