4-6 pounds Flank Steak
1Â Â Â Tablespoons Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
2Â Â Â Tablespoon Adams Reserve: Prime Rib and SteakÂ
1 Â Â Jar Cookwell and Company: Cracked Pepper VinaigretteÂ
1Â Â Â Jar Roberts Reserve Onion Blossom and Horseradish Dip
1.     Place steak into zip-lock with marinade, push out all extra air. Place into fridge 12 hours.
2.     Preheat grill to med-hi heat. Remove steaks from marinade. Rub down each steak individually with the rub. Set aside and allow to come to room temperature.
3.     Brush grill with Grapeseed oil: Grill steak 4-5 min/side then move over to low side of grill and close the lid. Allow to finish cooking for 10-15 min or until beef reaches an internal temp of 150F. Garnish with Onion Blossom Sauce.
