Grilled Ribeyes with Bernaise

2 Prime One-Rated Ribeyes

1 Tbls Adam's Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub

1 cup Chef Creations Hollandaise Sauce

2 Tbls of tarragon and shallots

2 Tbls of Ottavio Grapeseed Oil


  1. Add oil to steaks and season both sides with rub.

  2. Pre-heat grill until hot.

  3. Cook 1-inch-cut steaks 3 to 4 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes for medium doneness.

  4. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. In a medium skillet, heat for 1 minute on medium heat. Add Chef Creations Hollandaise Sauce with tarragon and shallots. Bring to a simmer.

  6. Serve sauce over steaks.
