Grilled Ribeyes with Bernaise

Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 Prime One-Rated Ribeyes

1 Tbls Adam's Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub

1 cup Chef Creations Hollandaise Sauce

2 Tbls of tarragon and shallots

2 Tbls of Ottavio Grapeseed Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add oil to steaks and season both sides with rub.

  • Pre-heat grill until hot.

  • Cook 1-inch-cut steaks 3 to 4 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes for medium doneness.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes.

  • In a medium skillet, heat for 1 minute on medium heat. Add Chef Creations Hollandaise Sauce with tarragon and shallots. Bring to a simmer.

  • Serve sauce over steaks.
