Grilled Chicken with Hatch Pineapple Sauce

4  H-E-B All Natural Chicken Breasts 

½ cup Robert's Reserve Pineapple Coconut Sauce    

2  Tablespoons Adams Reserve Rub

2  Tablespoons Ottavio Private Reserve Grapeseed Oil

3   pieces Bacon, chopped

1   Hatch chili pepper, chopped


  1. Toss chicken with oil and rub and set aside.
  2. Heat Grill over medium Heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté bacon over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add in peppers and cook until tender. Pour sauce into pan and let heat up for 1 minute.
  4. Serve sauce over chicken and enjoy!
