Easy Mediterranean Pesto Pasta

  • 1 bag thin pasta, capellini preferred
  • 1 jar Canyon Foods Basil Pine Nut Pesto
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh grated or shredded parmesan, optional


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. toss warm pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes.
  3. Finish pasta with parmesan cheese.

Try with pan seared or grilled shrimp!
