Black Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2      cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1      can sweet corn or Mexican-style corn, drained

½     jar Robert's Reserve Roasted Red Pepper and Onion relish

¼     cup chopped fresh cilantro

¼     cup chopped red onion

DIRECTIONS:

1.       Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl. 

2.       Cover and chill until ready to serve.

*Optional -  Add 4 ounces feta cheese crumbles
