Cookin Time with H-E-B: Pan Seared Fish, White Wine & Butter Roasted Potatoes

Pan Seared Fish

Serves 2

Cook Time 8 minutes

 

  • 2  fillets fresh Atalantic Salmon Fillets
  • 1tbsp Adam’s Reserve Seafood House Rub
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Roberts Reserve Lemon Dill Caper Sauce

 

Directions:

Heat skillet on medium heat.

Season fish first and then add oil to skillet.

Sear fish for 3-5  minutes each side or until internal temp reaches 150.  

Remove from skillet and allow to rest 5 minutes.  Serve sauce over top or under.

 

White Wine & Butter Roasted Potatoes

Serves 4-6

Cook Time 30 minutes

 

  • 1 bag Baby Potatoes- Medley
  • 4 tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Adam’s Reserve White Wine & Butter Seasoning

 

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Place potatoes on foiled baking sheet and toss in olive oil and seasoning. Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes until tender.
