Garlic Sear n Crust

Rib Roast and Steak Rub
5 to 6 pounds of a beef , pork or lamb roast

2-4 tablespoons of your favorite Adams Reserve Rub or Sear n Crust
Peppercorn and Garlic and Rib, Roast and Steak

Roasted Vegetables
Carrots
Potatoes of your choice (smaller is better)
Tri Colored Peppers
Sweet Onion
And any of your favorite Vegetable

Parmesan Pasta Salad w/Chicken
Mayo w/ Parmesan Dill rub
Sundried Tomato,
Parmesan Cheese,
Sliced grilled chicken breast w/ spicy aloha rub
Diced red/purple onion
Roasted red Pepper, yellow pepper and orange pepper
peas
salt and pepper to taste
