Blackened Crab Tostadas With Triple Berry Serrano Sauce

 1/2 bottle Fischer & Wieser Hot Texas Triple Berry Serrano Sauce
 1 can Miller's Crab Meat, drained and flaked apart with fork
 1 tsp. Montana Mex Sea Salt Rub of choice
 1 can corn, drained
 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
 1 can HEB Black Beans with Jalapeno & Lime, pureed
 1/4 cup Napa Cabbage, cut into thin strips
 1/4 cup Queso Fresco
 1 package of tostada shells
 
 Spread each tostada shell lightly with beans and arrange on a sheet pan. Hot hold this on low in your oven.
 Meanwhile, work on your toppings.
 Pre-heat skillet on high for two minutes. Add butter and toss in corn until dark brown on one side.
 Stir in crab and Montana Mex Rub for another minute. Remove from heat.
 Remove the tostadas from the oven, top them with a sprinkle of the crab mixture, a little cabbage and queso fresco. Finish with a light drizzle of warm Texas Triple Berry Serrano Sauce.
