All Smiles Dental in Lake Jackson is giving back to the community with its third annual Dentistry From the Heart. People 18 and older can get free dental care (fillings, extractions or cleaning) by simply showing up Saturday, April 8 at 7 a.m. The services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; and they will be registering patients until 3 p.m. at their office at 205 Parking Way.
