A warm and humid start to the day with morning lows in the mid 70s Saturday.
Afternoon highs will reach the low 90s with partly cloudy skies and a 30% chance of an isolated shower or storm, especially in the afternoon with daytime heating.
Saturday morning, Tropical Storm Isaac is emerging from the coast of Haiti.
It moved over Haiti overnight.
Isaac is still packing maximum sustained winds of 60 mph.
It is located 150 miles southeast of Guantanamo, Cuba.
It is moving northwest at 14 mph.
Isaac is expected to become a hurricane within the next 36 hours.
The warm waters of the Gulf are expected to be favorable for development.
