HOUSTON -- Cable subscribers in the Houston area will soon need to make their payments out to a different company, KPRC Local 2 reported.Time Warner Cable will depart the market and Comcast will take its place sometime in early 2007, according to a Time Warner statement.The change comes as part of the companies' joint purchase of Adelphia Cable.The companies have not said how the change will affect employees.Comcast has not released any information on changes to the cable lineup, Internet service, telephone service or rates.
