Rockets release 2013-14 season schedule

HOUSTON – The Houston Rockets have released their 2013-14 season schedule.

The Rockets will tip off the regular season on October 30 at the Toyota Center against the Charlotte Bobcats. 

The Rockets will play a record 26 nationally televised games this upcoming season. Last year, the team only played two on the national stage.

Some of the highlights on the schedule include:

• Hosting the LA Lakers on November 7
  
• Away at San Antonio Spurs on Christmas Day
  
• Away at LA Lakers on February 19
  
• Hosting the Miami Heat on March 3
