Former Aggies legend looking to graduate, report says

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Johnny Manziel, the legendary Texas A&M quarterback, has re-enrolled at his alma mater, according to a report from The Dallas Morning News.

The newspaper reported that a source close to Manziel said the former NFL QB is looking to complete his degree.

Manziel, also known as Johnny Football, debuted with the Aggies in 2012 during the team’s first season in the Southeastern Conference. He became the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy, Manning Award and Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award.

In 2014, Manziel entered the NFL draft. He was drafted as 22nd overall pick by the Cleveland Brown. After a bumpy couple of years in the pros, he was released by the Browns.
