HOUSTON – Pearland has punched a ticket to the Little League World Series.
The team beat Louisiana 7-3 Wednesday night in the Southwest Regional Championship game and now they're headed to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

The team now had a spotless 5-0 record in the regional.
On Tuesday night in front of a national TV audience, Pearland beat Mississippi 12-6.
And it looks like everyone is getting on board, supporting our local team. The Houston Astros took to Twitter to wish the team good luck before Tuesday's game.
