HOUSTON – The mother of the most decorated Olympian of all time, Debbie Phelps, paid a visit to Houston Thursday to promote National Parent Involvement Day. Phelps spoke at an event sponsored by the Harris County Department of Education at the Houston Garden Center along with several city officials for a Q&A with local parents. After the event, Phelps sat down with Local 2 sports reporter, Nick Giovanni.
