The Texans took 9 players overall.  5 on Offense and 4 on Defense.  The group is highlighted by 1st round pick, WR DeAndre Hopkins from Clemson and 2nd round pick D.J. Swearinger , a hard hitting safety from South Carolina.

Gary Kubiak told me he and his staff will host a Rookie camp May 10-12 at Reliant so that will be our first look at the new guys.

As I write this blog tonight and prepare for Sports Sunday, the Rockets are facing a tall order.  Never in history has a team come back from an 0-3 deficit to win a series.

Well, the Rockets are in that position and while they could steal Game 4 Monday night, this series will end by Wednesday in OKC at the latest.

Even without Russell Westbrook the Thunder are still a deep and dangerous team although they won't represent the West now.  I see them still winning in round two to reach the Western Conference Final.

Offseason for Jeremy Lin needs to include extra time in the gym working on his jump shot.  He has struggled with consistency , especially with his release.  Nothing that hours in the gym and about 5,000 shots this summer won't fix.
