In a few weeks, Houstonians and the world will know whether the Bayou City will host the next Super Bowl in 2017.
Officials said 53 copies of the 175-page proposal arrived at NFL offices Wednesday morning.
Executive Director with the Houston Super Bowl bid committee, Sallie Sargent, said the bid is first class all the way around.
"We don't take no for an answer," said Sargent. "And I think we can all feel good that we've delivered the best possible bid we could. We've all come together and delivered an outstanding presentation that everyone in the Houston community can be proud of."
