HOUSTON - Ahead of Friday's game with the Red Sox, Astros manager A.J. Hinch gave an update on the recent injuries to his roster, especially the pitching staff.

Hinch expects to have Dallas Keuchel and Lance McCullers at least play catch over the weekend.

"It's kind of a wait-and-see with guys coming off of injury, small or big, so we'll watch these guys play catch, meet with the medical team and see what's next," Hinch said.

Keuchel said he expects to start throwing in the next day or two and is feeling good. He also said he does not think he will be needing a rehab assignment.

"It will probably be a topic of conversation, but I'm in the mood not to waste bullets so if I feel good, I feel good. Maybe a live BP or something," Keuchel said.

Hinch added that he expects Josh Reddick to come off of the seven-day concussion disabled list Tuesday.

"If all things progress as we expect we could see him on that day," Hinch said.
