New performers added to March Madness Music Festival lineup

Artists join Maroon 5 on 3-day event beginning April 1

HOUSTON – Artists have been announced who will be performing at the 2016 NCAA March Madness Music Festival, which is in conjunction with the 2016 NCAA Men's Final Four.

Performances by artists Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco will kick off the festivities April 1 at the AT&T Block Party, organizers said. Additional acts are expected to be announced.

The Coca-Cola Music Mix on April 2 features Jason Derulo, Conrad Sewell and more. Organizers said Pitbull and Flo Rida will join previously announced headliner Maroon 5 at the Capital One JamFest on April 3.

The non-ticketed NCAA March Madness Music Festival is open to the public on a first-come basis, organizers said.

Friday, April 1: AT&T Block Party (Performances from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

Saturday, April 2: Coca-Cola Music Mix (Performances from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

  • Live broadcast of the first semifinal game
  • Kendrick Lamar

  • Conrad Sewell

Sunday, April 3: Capital One JamFest (Performances from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

  • Maroon 5
  • Pitbull
  • Flo Rida
  • Aloe Blacc
