UH to host Texas in CBI Tournament

Cougars host Longhorns Wednesday

HOUSTON -

The Houston Cougars are in the postseason for the first tme since their NCAA appearance in 2010.

The Cougars, who finished 19-12 this season, will take part in the College Basketball Invitational and open with the Texas Longhorns on Wednesday night.

UH and Texas will tip off at 8pm.

Texas finished 16-17 after bowing out of the Big 12 Tournament. The Longhorns will miss the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1998.
