RB Jacobs wants to remain a Giant

30-year-old rushed for 571 yards, 7 touchdowns last season

Brandon Jacobs wants to retire a New York Giant and is open to restructuring his contract for a second straight year to remain with the team.

"I wish things can go great to where I can continue to be a Giant...I started with the Giants, I would like to finish with them," Jacobs said last Thursday.
Jacobs is due a $500,000 roster bonus next month and is scheduled to make $4.4 million this upcoming season in the final year of his contract.
The 30-year-old told the New York Times that if things don't work out with the Giants. he wouldn't mind staying in New York and playing for the Jets.
Jacobs rushed for 571 yards and seven touchdowns last season.
