NBA to award All-Star Game to Houston

The Houston Rockets and NBA are going to announce Wednesday that Houston will be awarded the 2013 NBA All-Star Game.
A news conference has been scheduled for noon.
NBA Commissioner David Stern will be in Houston for the announcement.
The Rockets organization would not officially comment.
KPRC Local 2 reported in October that Houston would be awarded the 2013 NBA All-Star Game.
Houston hosted the NBA All-Star Game in 2006.
