Houston Rockets forward Chandler Parsons was one of 18 players chosen for the Rising Stars Challenge to be held Friday, February 15 in Houston All-Star weekend.

The event features the top 2nd year and rookie players in the NBA . The game will tip off at 8 pm on February 15.
