1. The contest is conducted by KPRC, which is solely responsible for interpreting and applying these rules, conducting the contest and awarding all prizes. By entering this contest, each contestant agrees to abide by the rules of this contest and any decisions of KPRC with respect to any aspect of this contest. All decisions of KPRC are final. Disqualification will result if contestant does not comply with these rules. Contestant waives any right to challenge or contest the determination of the winner or the award of the prize. Winning contestants may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize acceptance form, and a General Appearance Release.

2. Winning contestant has no right to substitution of prizes and assignment of the right to receive prizes by winning contestant is not permitted. KPRC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value. All federal, state and local taxes, income and otherwise, and licensing and registration fees are the responsibility of the winners.

3. By the acceptance of a prize the winning contestant consents to the use of his or her name, quote, voice, photograph or likeness for purpose of advertising, promotion or trade without additional compensation.

4. KPRC and contest sponsors assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the safety or performance of any prize awarded, and do not make nor are responsible for any warranty or representation with regard to any prize. Each winning contestant releases KPRC and contest sponsors from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident or death incurred in connection with the use of any prize.

5. Certain prizes may require the consent or accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian if contestant is under the age of 18.
