Monday is the last day to register to vote in next month's primary election.On March 7, voters will choose Republican and Democratic candidates for November's general election.Citizens who want to vote can register at their local tax office or department of motor vehicles.Applications can also be sent in by mail but the form must be postmarked with today's date. Applications can be picked up at most schools and libraries, and is also available online at www.hcvoter.net/voter/voterapp/acquirevoterapp.asp.
