Family Needs Help Paying For 2 Teens' Funerals

Car Runs Over Cousins Riding Bike In George Park

A community is asking for support for the families of two teens killed as they rode their bike along a Fort Bend County street.

Investigators said a car fatally struck Sergio Garcia and Jorge Rodriguez Monday night while riding in George Park in Richmond. The boys were cousins and lived with their grandparents.

Charges are pending against the driver of the car, identified as Toribio Ybarra, 19, of Rosenberg.

Friends held a vigil for the boys Tuesday night.

The Lamar Little Leaguers are raising money to help the boys' family pay for funeral expenses. Donations can be mailed to:
