PEARLAND, Texas – A young woman was killed early Friday when her car ran off a roadway and crashed into a concrete wall, according to Pearland police.
The woman was traveling in a Toyota Corolla northbound on Pearland Parkway at Barry Rose around 2:30 a.m. when her car veered off the road at a curve , knocked down a metal light pole and hit a small concrete wall, flipping over.

The victim, who was in her 20s, died at the scene.
