HOUSTON, Texas – A woman accused of being drunk when she crashed into three officers appeared in court Monday for the first time.
Avian Foster, 27, is charged with intoxicated assault. She is currently out on bond.

Houston authorities said Foster was driving the wrong way, when she hit several officers who were investigating a deadly crash along Highway 288 at the time.
Two of the injured officers are out of the hospital, while the other underwent surgery last week.
