HOUSTON – LONG TERM CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR IH 10 ENTRANCE AND EXIT RAMP
Construction crews will be closing the IH 10/Katy Freeway westbound exit ramp to TC Jester and westbound entrance ramp from Durham for six weeks beginning Monday, March 12 at 9 p.m. until Monday, April 23 at 5 a.m. The closures are necessary for the contractor to switch traffic to the new pavement and reconstruct the entrance and exit ramps and inside lane between Patterson and TC Jester.
Expect delays and congested conditions during the course of the construction. Seek alternate routes and allow for extra time to arrive at your destination.

Traffic for the TC Jester exit ramp will be detoured to Patterson while traffic for the Durham entrance ramp will be detoured to TC Jester.
This closure is part of the IH 10 Katy Freeway Frontage Road project currently in progress. Construction began on April 26, 2010 and is currently scheduled to finish early 2013.
