HUMBLE, Texas – A woman was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with two children in the front seat of the car.
Officers said they initially pulled Ulisha Johnson over on Oct. 21 because she was driving 20 miles under the speed limit in the 7900 block of Will Clayton Parkway.

Police said Johnson's hazard lights were also on, and that she was swerving.
When officers approached Johnson's car, they noticed two children in the front seat who were not wearing seat belts, according to reports.
Police said Johnson appeared intoxicated, and that she could not complete or follow along with field sobriety tests.
After conducting a blood test, officers charged Johnson with driving while intoxicated with a child and endangering a child.
Johnson's bond was set at $10,000.
