HOUSTON – A woman in southwest Houston was shot during a carjacking.
Police at West Park Drive and Willcrest told Local 2 a woman coming home with friends was ambushed by three suspects.

The suspects shot her and took her car.
The woman was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with minor injuries.
Police say the suspects also match the description of people involved in an earlier car theft.
