HARRIS COUNTY – A woman is dead after crashing her vehicle in west Harris County early Wednesday morning.
Officials said the 21-year-old woman was driving west on Park Row around 2:30 a.m. when she failed to make the curve in the road, hit the median and slammed into a tree.

Investigators said the woman was tossed from her vehicle and landed in the road. She was then run over by her car as it kept rolling.
The woman died at the scene.
Harris County sheriff's deputies said an autopsy has been scheduled to determine if the victim was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
