Woman claiming to carry Texans' Arian Foster's baby due any day

Brittany Norwood says it's scary doing it alone

HOUSTON – Brittany Norwood, the alleged former mistress of Texans' star running back Arian Foster, is due to deliver a baby boy any day. Norwood claims the baby she is carrying is the result of an affair she had with Foster last year.

The mom-to-be has been very vocal on social media sites like Instagram and Twitter about becoming a single mom. In one post she wrote, "Trying so hard not to have a break down putting together this baby bassinet. Doing everything on your own is tough."

Another post read, "I seriously have nightmares about going into labor and trying to drive myself -- this is when it's so scary doing it alone."

Local 2 reached out to Norwood's attorney, Doug York, but he would not comment because of a gag order in place by the judge. Norwood filed a paternity lawsuit against Foster and in return he filed a defamation suit against Norwood. Both parties are expected back in court after the birth of the baby.

Sources close to Norwood told Local 2 she is not getting any help or assistance from Foster, but sources close to Foster dispute those claims and said she is being taken care of financially every month.

Foster has been with the Texans since 2009, he is married with two children. Calls to his attorneys were not returned.
