SAN ANTONIO – A woman's attempt at revenge against her ex-boyfriend appears to have come back to haunt her, according to San Antonio police.

Traci Aragon, 38, was arrested on a charge of threatening to publish or publishing intimate visual material-- an offense more commonly known as "revenge porn."

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Aragon's ex-boyfriend accused her of posting racy photos and disparaging comments about him on social media. He said she also shared the information with his friends.

The affidavit said the man told them Aragon had made threats about the social media posts in the past, and then followed through with it after he broke up with her.

Police arrested Aragon Wednesday under the law, which has been on the books in Texas only since 2015.
